Comfort is key! We recommend wearing gym clothes or swimwear. Keep in mind that sweat levels vary from person to person, so be sure to bring a towel to stay comfortable during your session.

Yes — but not right away. Because infrared heat gently warms your body from the inside out (rather than just heating the air), it may take 10–15 minutes to begin sweating. Once your body temperature rises, you’ll experience a deep, detoxifying sweat that feels both refreshing and restorative.

While it’s common to want a rinse after sweating, showering is not available on-site.
