Singing Bowl Event in the Salt Cave

Join us for a calming and peaceful experience with our Singing Bowl Event in the Salt Cave. This event combines the relaxing sounds of singing bowls with the natural healing properties of salt therapy, offering a gentle way to unwind and recharge.

Kids' Event in the Salt Cave

Our Kids' Event in the Salt Cave offers a fun and relaxing experience for children in a calming, natural environment. The salt cave provides a unique space where kids can play, breathe in the clean, salty air, and enjoy a variety of activities designed to support their well-being.

Breathing & Breath work Meditation in the Salt Cave

During the session, you'll learn different breathing methods. These might include deep belly breathing, controlled inhales and exhales, or rhythmic patterns. The goal is to teach you how to use your breath as a tool to increase energy and focus or calm your nervous system. Consciously breathing helps stir up energy that may feel stuck or blocked inside your body. Breathwork has the ability to improve your emotional state, and enhance overall well-being. In essence, it’s a combination of natural healing from the salt and focused breathwork to get your energy moving and feel better overall.

Salt Cave Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice often called “yogic sleep,” designed to bring you into a state of deep relaxation while remaining gently aware. Lying comfortably, you’ll be guided through breath, body awareness, and visualization to help release stress, calm the mind, and restore balance. No experience is needed—simply come, rest, and reset.

Please bring your own pillow and blanket!

Salt & Stone Meditation

Guided meditation begins as a low, steady voice invites you inward, syncing your awareness with the subtle rhythm of your breath. The salt beneath your feet and around you seems to absorb tension, grounding your body while your mind drifts into calm clarity. Time softens here; thoughts slow, then dissolve, leaving only a sense of spacious ease. In this tranquil cocoon, meditation becomes less something you do and more a state you enter—effortless, restorative, and deeply still.
